Do not dare to rent these apartments, they are the worst in everything, since they were sold to these new owners, they are dirty, they clean them once a week and their surroundings are full of people who live on the street, and they enter every once in a while to the property to see what they can steal and swim in the pool, when something breaks like the canel of the entrance it takes up to three months, I do not advise them to rent here, all very bad

The complex is very nice, new, and very clean. The management team is top notch and the maintenance takes care of any issues that arise in a professional manner.

When I first moved in when this place was freshly opened. It was nice, quiet & helpful staff. Now under new management it’s honestly ghetto. The neighbors are noisy, the place looks trashed, and I would never call maintenance for help. They do not look trust worthy
