This is not an apartment complex it is a condominium complex. ( each place is privately owned) So if anything is for rent you should not call the Laguna palms office you should call whatever owner posted it for rent. Community is well kept and is pretty safe.

They seem nice however it also seems I will never know for sure being that no one answers phones or emails and it doesn't looks like they have a management staff because everytime I have gone no one seem to be in the office or even an ounce of helpfulness. It's crazy because the have this property plastered on every rental site as available "appointments only" looks like a case of "all that glitter isn't gold.

They are condos so if you're looking to rent there's no office for that.
