Another chance blown..... I had a bad experience a few times (literally every time I visited to drop off an Amazon return) a few years ago and vowed to never return. For convenience I needed to drop off a box and was in the area. I was questioned as to why I was dropping off the package when the delivery was local. Are you Fing kidding me? Go drop if off yourself then! Are you trying to lose business? If so, you get an A+! NEVER AGAIN. **Response to owner - NO, that's not at all what happened. I was told "This is right down the street you could just bring it there" in a very snarky tone... That's a bit different than your story. You could have owned up to it, but you didn't. I'm thankful we found the UPS store in Buffalo Grove - amazing people with great customer service skills. You could learn a thing or 2 from them. ***Update - The response from them not owning up to it just reinforces the issue. The shipment wasn't going to Libertyville, it was going to Vernon Hills. It was explained to me that I could have dropped it off myself, with a snarky tone. Nothing else was explained.

Went there for Amazon return, the store was closed at 2 pm. There was a sign on the door-Due to COVID this store closes at 2 pm. And that was waaaaaaay after the pandemic, like August 2022. Laziness, excuses and total lack of sense for customer needs. Luckily, there is another UPS store few miles away.

I went in to drop off Amazon packages.I was with my 4 year old. The man that took care of me ignored my questions. Slammed packages on counter. He was so rude I was in shell shock. After he threw me the receipt which dropped on the floor. He ran back to his co worker and they started loudly talking about politics. I do not go into a place of business to hear anything political. I am a business major. You create relationships with your customers. You do not feel threatened by them. I go to find out that some other family members have also been treated the same way. Ignored. Rude. He has no business working here. I think the guy runs the store. We dropped our UPS daily service and I won’t go back there. Wow all the negative comments on service what’s being done?? Well these employees were not bright. Two business owners go to Vernon Hills for service. They even come to your car and help. They told me I didn't do business with them and I meant nothing. Ask Vernon Hills.
