After following everything that lee told us to do with the tree it barely lasted 2 weeks. Our tree is now completely dead and has not taken any water since we brought it home. It is our first Christmas in our new home and we’re all so excited for this tree. I have tried to call several times with no response. We will now have to get a whole other tree a week before Christmas after already spending 180 on this one. Such a disappointment and we will never be coming back and will be sure our friends and family don’t either.
