I give one star because there is one left to comment but I didn't even see one when I moved there 3 years ago the administration was very good but a year later another one came and I didn't like it because they didn't solve anything but then another administration was the worst there is now they don't fix anything they are terrible what they are now they just look at what you do but they don't do anything even my stove was damaged and they gave me one from the garbage and there are so many mice and so many cockroaches thank God I'm out of there But I don't know, I recommend it to anyone. Oh, another thing before I moved in. My sink was damaged. I told them, but they never went to fix it. There is a lady who doesn't like to hear from people who speak Spanish. I went to give her the key and she didn't want April. door left me there enduring the sun with my husband and my children until I saw someone who speaks English and he opened the door for him and he took advantage of it and I gave it to him until I finally got out of that dump they have to change that people who work there are pessimo put another administration and thanks for everything

Consistent problems with maintenance, my kitchen ceiling collapsed due to water damage on a work order I put in months ago. Black mold is a consistent issue. Absolutely no way to get ahold of maintenance for an emergency or turn in a work order. Trash is a huge issue. Neighbors listen to music loud in their cars which there's not enough parking for. No one is happy living here. So disappointing.

Terrible apartments, management and neighborhood. The apartments are old with shiny buttons put on to mislead applicants. Maintenance never fixes anything. AC has been broken since last summer, there is an infestation of ants and roaches. Its been 90° inside the apartments for over 2 weeks. The leasing office is rarely open and the ladies do not offer any real solutions, just empty promises of "we'll fix it as soon as we can". Tenants have had to fixed their own garbage disposal, porch light, furnace, and spray for pests. Do not live here and have any type of crime reporting app on, youll get notifications of people being shot/stabbed/robbed every other day. Ive noticed on the website they claim that washer/dryer is included with your unit--it's not. It's pay per load at the leasing office. They downright lie to your face and then raise rent--these apartments are not worth half of what they charge.

My experience I will like to put zero star because I moved to this apartment at end of December 2021 until now today is 1ft April I don’t any service of maintenance master room shower, flash both-room , kitchen sink , heat temperature , the lights and etc is not working and also they don’t have management solved that problem I have prove photos all of that

Not sure right now they were raising it as we left. We were paying 750 about 10 months ago. Totally not worth it. They have roaches and bedbugs.please read the other reviews before you move in this place.
