I've lived here 5 years and yeah, the price used to be unbeatable but recently they've increased it by $100. It is a nightmare trying to get anything fixed in your home. It took them 4 years to fix my leaking ceiling in the kitchen and now I have been without washer/dryer for 2 months because they are also slow on fixing the clogged pipe in my unit. I was told 2 weeks ago that they would have a contracted company come out to fix it. The office doesn't respond to any voicemails I have left and when my husband goes to the office during its advertised open hours, it is always closed. It is not the maintenance team's fault, it is the owner who is cheap and tries his best to do no repairs. Renter beware.

DONT RECOMMEND. We live here currently in a townhouse since we have no where else to go. OUR ceilings in the kitchen &’ in the rooms are falling apart. Even our walls have cracks in them &’ coming off. WATER leaks into the kitchen when someone showers. Our kitchen “tile” has lifted because of the water. THE dumpsters here have been full to the max as well.water leaks out when we turn the ace on. We always call, but one one ever answers. Not worth living me.
