Horrible place, avoid at all cost, when it snows , nobody clears the snow, I have a newborn baby and feared every time I had to walk on ice to get to my car, they have rats, roaches, gunshot every other week, person got killed in front of my apartment complex, never answers the phone, basement got moldy and ruined my property, rude workers, overly crowded, no privacy at all, problematic dish washer, flooded kitchen and basement, if you want a peaceful clean and most importantly safe place to live, DO NOT MOVE HERE

Yep! I've been calling and leaving messages for him to call me about getting out of my lease, no return calls! I didn't give one or two month notice of my move! My lease is up by the end of April but I'm completely moved out now at the end.of March 31st! I've been there for five years and dealt with a lot of stupid stuff from the management and it frustrates me! Mice, roaches, bed bugs, black mold, water leaks, etc. Some were taken care of by Havenwood most by my girlfriend and I! I've spoken with Orlando a few times and he did illegal things a few times! I've called him on it and he gave me a one around or no answer! One was a raise in rent by too much and another was harassment of my girlfriend by threatening to tow her car because we demanded him.to check take care of problems in our apartment! They don't like it when they are not the ones threatening! I have to go to the office this Saturday to work out my lease end! I'm angry about the unprofessional attitude of Orlando!
Most have been renovated, after which the rent went up. she could possibly in one of the units that have not been renovated yet.

There was supposed to be a number for security but I don't know what it is! A security person was supposed to drive around and watch for people that parked without a Havenwood sticker in the window but the sticker was.done away with! This made it tough to find parking.in front of my apartment! Sometimes I had to park more than 5 doors down! I was promised 2 spaces but those seemed to be wherever I could find them! Frustrating! I got towed once when I got a new car and forgot to put my.sticker in the window! This is when they were really cracking down on people parking in the spaces that didn't live there! My license plates were the same, I transferred them to my new car but they didn't check that or try to find out who's car it was! I came out later that night and my car was gone! $100 to get it out of the tow lot! Now they let people park anywhere they want without the sticker and I have a tough time getting a spot right in front of my apartment! I'm out now after 5 years!

You should be able to look it up on the Franklin county recorder website I know they just sold the apts to a new company like 3 months ago
