DO NOT live here! I am a tenant and I keep getting double charged for pest control when I do everything right. I keep getting told that 'we don't have 24h notices right now because our printer broke' as a sorry excuse of ME getting charged when I have seen them putting notices on other people's doors! They keep playing with my money and the worst issue is that the maintenance guy was literally IN THE OFFICE and Rae (front desk girl who is really rude) sent him away because even he was saying it wasn't right! THIS ISMT THE FIRST TIME ITS HAPPENED AND ITS NOT GOING TO BE THE LAST. SAVE YOURSELF

Very friendly office staff and very beautiful newly renovated apartments. The application process was very easy and quick to get me into my new apartment. They keep the area and buildings looking very nice and clean.

The front staff have become increasingly bad. The 1st year we were here went okay; we had Cam as our leasing agent and she did wonderful in helping us every way possible and gave everything on time. Recently, the front staff have just not been getting things on time and will try to blame you for any inconveniences; even when you have camera recordings. We had to contact them everyday for a week to recieve our renewing lease contract before the cutoff date. It wasn't until we waited in the lobby to recieve an email with the lease the day before the expiration date. We tried to be understanding after they expressed some staffing issues but the negative unproffessional attitudes and continued miscommunication is beginning to get out of hand. They lack the empathy and realization that they are in charge of people's literal homes. They give less than 24hrs notice for inspection and plan on weekdays while people are working. When confronted,they will try and deflect blame by claiming it happens every Wednesday (we've lived here for a year, it doesn't). When I asked for a schedule, they claimed they didn't know (so much for it happening every Wednesday). I would not count on the front staff to be understanding or process any paperwork on time. Also, a list of things that have happened to me while living here: 1. Was stalked by another resident into the laundromat 2. Was offered drugs in exchange for sexual acts by another resident 3. Police came after a drunk man kept sleeping in our building's stairs 4. One of our neighbors would shoot his guns out his window. The maintenance staff are really nice though. It's honestly easier to just go through them directly and ask them any questions or concerns you have with your apartment. They tend to try and get back to you pretty quickly. Updated 9/19/2022: They do not have laundry machines. This has been an issue for months with many being broken. They have been having issues with the company to remove and replace the old verisons for months. They have now officially closed them all off to the residents so now no one can do their laundry on-site like they may claim on their website. Beware of these apartments.

Hello, the only utilities associated with living in the community are water and electric ( no Gas ). Electric is billed to you from AEP, water is billed every month onto your rent portal in addition to your normal billing amounts. if you have any other questions please reach out to us at 614-212-4781. Income Requirements: • Household income must gross three times the amount of rent in one month • One year of income history Credit Requirements: • Credit score of 520 or higher • No balances owed to other rental communities • Cannot currently be in bankruptcy • You must be able to activate utility services in your name where applicable; a debt to a utility provider may cause a denied result Rental History Requirements: • No evictions in the last three years • Positive rental verification from current or previous landlord Criminal Requirements: • No more than three misdemeanors in the last three years • No felonies in the last seven years. Some felonies (crimes involving moral turpitude) may cause a denied result regardless of time frame.
