Going on two years and here's what you will find. Fast response to your work orders, Jessica and her team will always work with you knowing if you have developed a outstanding relationship, the team owns up to any mistake's, the maintenance team are awesome and really cares, the landscape on point, big walking place for your dog(s), neighborhood is super nice and police patrols. If there is any community issue, Jessica will inform everyone immediately and very very very quite working class individuals which I love.. They do make sure individuals are well kept . Please come to tour and meet us!

Sad to say that many years later the car break ins are still an issue. Maybe they should start a community watch program in addition to the police officer patrolling a couple days. There has to be a better plan. Management doesn't appear to care about enforcing the lease requirements on noise as many have learned. Most communities have community officers to take care of this issue but not here. Good luck with parking after 8pm because those spaces will fill quickly around your apartment and you may have to walk a distance. Why there aren't assigned spaces for the tenants with the parking situation is baffling. Snow removal is really bad. You've got a small car you are going nowhere. Also, many elderly in the community are at risk of falling and can't shovel out their cars. The only positives are the maintenance staff, a couple office staff, and the location which is why I gave 3 stars. They need to do better!
