Every single rep was so efficient and kind. Specifically Auna, and Kim! There was one other African American guy a while ago, but his name slips my mind - amazing crew. This is a job that can become extremely “get you in and out” and each nurse has only made me feel welcomed by being present and transparent. This is the only place I go to! And will be for the future

I have tested at one of their locations twice. Both times the staff have been super nice, patient, and informative without being condescending. They are quick and easy despite a bug or 2 with the website and online scheduling. But, even with that stressors/inconvenience the staff stuck around and offered several solutions until it worked out. They were professional and didn't take my stress at the time personal. It really helped feel seen amd cared for. They also offer quick and easy ways to get your results back. If I need to test again I hope they are there.
