Couldn’t be managed any worse than what it is. Every time I’ve come here I’ve had to wait over an hour after checking in (which takes about 30 mins). It’s ridiculous that they don’t offer appointments or staff adequately. Patients scattered all over the waiting area and into the lobby, many sitting on the filthy floor, waiting to be called back. When patients are called by the staff, they call out first names like “John or Kathy “ which causes several people to come running only to find out that they are not the correct John/Kathy. There has got to be a better system. Makes me miss the good old days with Kaiser.

Almost always ridiculous wait times for a monthly blood test. The same excuses every time but nothing improves. I don't think they are even trying to make the experience any better.

I usually go as a walk-in. The most I have waited has been 20 mins but usually it’s about 10 mins or less. I try and go early in the morning because I know they are a busy lab. I have always had good customer service and fast draws. The people are always nice and professional. I only go to Providence labs, they have better service and faster results than other labs I have used in the past.

Most Rude, uncaring, LOUD lab ive ever been in. So many people waiting, and no not because there short staffed. Because they seem to be doing something else more important. Dropping off for Client been waiting 40 min. Thank God I DONT have providence for my insurance.
