Not helpful at all. My toddler is super sick and needs meds. I rushed to get here in time (15 minutes to closing) to fill the prescription only to be told that they were too busy to fill it before they close so there was nothing they could do and to maybe just come back tomorrow. Their website says they are staffed by caring professionals. Sure didn't feel like it while I am searching out another way to get his meds.

I have been getting medication from FM on Hawthorne for four years and am consistently impressed by how hard they work to fill everyone requests and still be delightful to talk to for the minute or so that I get to. I actually look forward to it as a relief because the staff is inspiringly hard at work but also quite human and personable. Thank you pharmacy staff for always treating me with more respect than I may deserve and for not allowing the computerization of medicine to reshape you into numb automatons.

I had the best experience and most care, concern from Melissa at Hawthorne fred Meyer pharmacy. She always goes above and beyond for me as well as others when im there. She's personal. Remembers my name and fred Meyer is lucky to have her. Thank you Melissa. A Shout out to Rose as well shes a huge help too , always very nice and professional.

Longest wait times I have ever experienced with a pharmacy, by far. The staff are rude and jaded, and being on hold is a pretty bizarre experience. The line is always long and takes forever to move. It's a mess.
