Ridiculously inept and ineffectual. This pharmacy is run by clowns that have no idea how to do their job. The older woman with dark hair and glasses is rude beyond belief and I've had several poor interactions with her and I'm finally changing pharmacies specifically because of her and her complete lack of anything resembling customer service. Get help lady or get a different job, you're useless where you are.

This pharmacy is the most inept uncaring and unorganized pharmacy I have ever been too. I did my due diligence and called ahead and then waited another three hours still not able to get it filled. Do not go here if you value your time, because when you call to complain all they do is blame the customer and have zero empathy for people who are just trying to get what they need to get by. You will always be met with the manager is not here and an apathetic attitude from a work staff who consistently fails to do their job.

My meds are NEVER ready when they say they will be, I've even called on them been told they would be ready within the hour get there 3 days later and my meds are still not ready. Today while trying to call I won't mention her name, answers the phone puts me on hold 3 mins goes by the phone rings she answers again to put me on hold another 3mins goes by it starts ringing again she puts me in hold. So I hang up and call back and this time she doesn't say anything just puts me on hold basically hanging up on me 4 times before a man answers the phone and finally helps me. I've had problems with this pharmacy for awhile. But it just so happens this is the one closest to my house. It's one thing to mess up on my meds almost Everytime, it's another to have staff that are also incredibly rude.
