Due to the outdated and cheap phone answering system they use, I will never be using this or any other CVS for the foreseeable future. It dropped my call five or six times before I was left on hold for fifteen minutes with low fidelity screechy hold music no autistic person should be forced to endure…and it would cut out for five seconds at a time giving me the false hope that maybe they had SOMEONE who could input and run my insurance before I get there so I don’t have to expose as many other customers as Covid while I’m waiting.

My review mainly pertains to the pharmacy side. I came to get my vaccine. The gentleman who helped me appeared to be short staffed and still handled everything professionally and efficiently. Very impressed. I believer his name is Wei.

I just picked up my meds yesterday 11/11/21. The tech was ready to give me my 2nd pfizer right now. I politely declined as ive an appt Saturday. Still i thought it was cool he offered. And i didnt have an appt. And Frank is right regarding the phone. Personally i would go on in. I doubt theres a wait and if so not a very long one. Have a great day
