They don’t have Any cameras cars are getting broken into on a daily people leave garbage in the elevator instead of taking the garbage downstairs the pool has never been opened and management doesn’t say anything except for they don’t know they put a bright light in front of the doorways from the garage but what does that do when people are busting your windows and stealing items out of your car they won’t hire security 24 hours and they won’t have any cameras in the building at all do not move here if you have anything to lose

I have never felt more unappreciated as a tenant in any apartment complex I have live than Harbor Court. After one year of living here I have yet to speak with anyone over the phone. When called you will always get fwd to and only communicate via email (when manager is not on vacation or likely fired at this point). I have since moved out more than 30 days ago. From THIS point I still have not been provided a way to pay my past due balance which should have only been a prorated amount since I did not live in my unit for a full month. After playing the famous ‘Harbour Court resolution’ game of voicemail to email , voice mail to email , and talking to 2 managers who let me know ‘someone would look into it’ I was told I would receive a link on how to pay this NOW adjusted balance. Guess who didn’t get a link.. Who then received a letter that my balance is now with a company called Debt Logistics and if I have questions in my amounts I need to see them.. who has now checked and online access has been deactivated which would have made this circus game over rather quickly. I can always respect a company who listens to customers and/or tenants, who will find answers if they do not know them or will follow up when these are in the works of being resolved. This is Not Harbour Court. Stay Far Away from here.... You’ll thank me later.

Harbour court is a great place to live! My husband and I had a pleasant experience. Office always handled everything promptly and professionally. My personal experience with the manager (Sarah) was great; she’s patient, understanding, and kind. One thing I definitely miss is our maintenance! Albert! He’s an awesome guy! Cares about the people he’s serving and always fixed anything that needed to be replaced or fixed. My 1 year old son loved him! This is definitely a place to call home!

Beautiful apartments with nice amenities, but poorly managed. We had a dryer fire that started 15 minutes into the dryer fire (they provide the combo washer/dryer, I cleaned the lint trap) which caused smoke and water damage (from the sprinkler flooding part of the apartment) and they did not give us a new unit until 2 months later. We were promised a new unit which would have the same amenities as our old unit, but we are one AC unit short of that (our old until had one in the living room and one in the master bedroom, both with the option for constant fan while cooling; this larger unit only has one in the living room, which will not cool while on constant fan). The maintenance man recused to switch out that AC unit for one with the same features as the ones we had in the old apartment. Our new apartment’s dryer is taking two cycles to fully dry our clothes (a warning sign that it may catch fire) and they refuse to do anything about it, maintenance didn’t even look at it when we asked them to. They also will not allow us to get our own washer dryer to replace theirs. We love the unit and the amenities, but management and maintenance could use some improvement. Response to Harbour Court’s reply: I cleaned the lint trap, it caught fire 15 minutes into the dryer cycle. Also, you don’t even take the time to make sure you address your response to the correct name? Wow... And when my fiancé Colton asked Albert to look at the dryer he did refuse. Only yesterday when I asked again did he look at it.
