Apartment was easy to access, clean and is located in a great location.. Bathrooms were clean.. Apartment was stocked with all the kitchen appliances we needed.. App was easy to use for checking in.. Nika was very helpful and easy to get ahold of. We had an issue with the fire alarm and she was attentive and contacted the building manager for us..

The customer service was exceptional! Nika was amazing! She responded quickly every time and everything was set up for me to create a seamless experience from check in to check out! Thank you!! It was super easy and fast. Everything was really clean and the apartment smelt lovely! There was plenty of towels and laundry detergent which was a huge plus. And the apartment was fully stalked with more than enough of all the essentials.

Excellent location! Super easy access to the building for check-in. They even provide pictures with their instructions to make the process easier. Having coffee, bottled water and body wash available is a nice amenity. Comfortable beds and pillows! I will definitely use Barsala again!

Had a great experience. It was nicely handled, especially for being a late night and last minute booking. Attentive and helpful. Clear and easy to follow instructions. It was spotless! Well stocked, beautiful accommodations. It was perfect.
