We moved in about 2 months and it has been a great experience! The management is amazing, friendly, and always there to help. The parking isn’t bad at all. There is always spots, even if sometimes it’s a bit of a walk (which isn’t a problem!). We had an issue when we first moved in to the apartment, and the management was quick to fix the issue for us as well. For the price, it’s definitely the best apartments around :)

As far as places I've lived it was not the worst. However parking was a nightmare all the time. Management was not great at communicating. And upon move out they, like most places, tried to charge us for general wear and tear on the apartment. Not to mention trying to charge us for 2 days we didn't even live in the place. I cleaned that place top to bottom, scrubbed walls, the floor, stove, windows, etc. The unit needs updating, new appliances, new carpet and the like. The best things about the place were the convenience of location, and our nice neighbors.

I've been here for about 3 months now, no idea why people are complaining about the price, around $1200 for a two bed? That is a hell of a good price around this area. Front office is amazing, they're incredibly responsive anytime I call or email them about an issue. My apartment is wonderful, everything works and none of the appliances are outdated. The one time I had to get my washer fixed they did it within a couple hours of me sending the maintenance request. Neighbors are quiet and keep to themselves which I appreciate, besides some children in the complex that run around outside screaming. They really need to make the entrance road into the complex less steep for cars though. Feels like I'm going to destroy the under carriage of my car if I hit it going faster than 1 mph.
