My wife and I have been clients for almost 20 years, and for one reason only, the Doctor. He is great! I just wish that he would move to a different practice. Over the years we’ve continued to put up with your very poor customer service, but today I reached my limit. I’ve been waiting for almost 3 months to get in for my appointment, only to receive a message today that my appointment scheduled for next week would need to rescheduled. Calling in to reschedule, I was number 8 in line. I waited on hold for 30 minutes before your scheduler took my call. When I mentioned my frustration, I was scolded by your very unprofessional receptionist for being rude. My time is as valuable to me as I’m sure your time is to you. Have you ever tried phoning in to your company? This poor service was not an exception, but has been my regular experience with your company. I’m sure there are equally good doctors elsewhere.

Very disappointing. I was told over and over I could get glasses after my vision appt. only to be told directly afterward that the vision department schedule "was booked". They should specifically mention to people scheduling that you won't be able to get glass after your appointment unless you win the lottery and they can fit you in. Now I have to spend an hour and a half or more to go back down there.

I have been going to Eye Health Northwest for three years and used to think they were amazing. This year when I went for my appointment, they were supposed to send me trials for my new contact lens prescription. I waited and waited and I never received them. They claimed they overnighted them and I still never received them. Finally I had to order new contacts with my old prescription because I never received the trials and no one would call me back. I’ll be going to a new eye doctor from now on.

I been a client of EyeHealth Northwest for 10 years. Recently I took my daughter for her Dr. appointment and contact appointment. Dr. appointment was great but contacts lens experience not. Even though the appointment visit was good, after contacts try out, the rest of the process was not pleasant at all. I called to ask for the contact prescription and to quote it. Left two voicemails in two weeks without anyone contacting me back. After a third message, then I received the call. The lady offered to mail the prescription but NEVER received it. She quoted the contacts and I agreed to the charge but later calling me back saying that she made an error and cost $50 more. I asked to cancel the transaction with never did. They charged my card. I had to go to the Barnes office to ask for the prescription and now I have to deal with a card charge. Very disappointing experience and time consuming.
