An early Saturday morning flat tired prompted an unplanned visit to Economy Tire. Friendly staff said they could fix it in about an hour. It ended up being closer to 2 1/2 hours. Not a big deal since it was a Saturday. If this had been Monday thru Friday I'd have been miffed. The rim looked fine after the repair. The mechanic took the 'donut' off and put it back in its place. Nice job. <$25.00 out the door.

Called to make an appointment for a mount, balance and alignment, was told and reassured repeatedly that an appointment was not required. Arrived to get the tires put on and get the alignment done on my car. When I stated I needed an alignment the guy helping me questioned who I spoke with on the phone. Made excuses about the previous conversation I had a week prior but said they could get my car in today despite the “miscommunication”. I waited for over 45 minutes after they had put the new tires on my car for an employee to come up to me and tell me I would not be able to perform an alignment and I would have to make an appointment. I am very disappointed in the way the situation was handled, and the lack of care from the staff. I won’t be returning.
