Ordered Telehealth services. We ended up not being able to travel. Tried to find information on their site if the fee was refundable. Three emails and over 2 hours on chat to find out that they do not. Could have saved us a great deal of time. They might be a good testing service - but their customer service if you have a problem is practically non-existent.

Scheduled testing on Saturday 4th June 2022 for $129.0 my wife and I had to be on OHSU required tests for our son's graduation from medical school on next day, no test after 5 hours, I was calling, emailing, spent hours on the phone as we did not have time to do that somewhere else, I stopped by on 6 June to get refund, and no one there even on working hours, still after 3 days no test, no answers. Dead organisation, service terrible. Go to Convention center Portland and take test for free 2 hours result.

Avoid at all costs! We booked 2 tests for 8 am (first bookable!) but the two staff did not arrive for work until 8.25! Surly and unpleasant experience! Wife’s result was straightforward. I had to spend 40 mins on phone (transatlantic rates) to get access to my results which were not accessable on the email link.

Excellent service. Came here with several members of my church after an exposure event, the staff were incredibly helpful in helping us get results quickly. Mia and Courtney were lovely and treated us well. Will absolutely use this place again in the future.
