Had recent 3.5 day stay in Zion for a fractured ankle; my room was on the 5th floor. Even after the horrific years of pandemic, this nursing staff was absolutely dedicated to their jobs. Not only did they arrive with speed to all calls, they were kind, upbeat and funny. After a rough 2 different hospital ER's experience, they picked my spirits up with their combined personalities and tenderness. Female and male nurses - each just stellar. The aides, too, were kind and friendly. Just want to thank everyone who touched my stay, including the busy kitchen handling individual orders for 12 hours straight per day! Thank you all! This memory of great people will soon erase my memories of the pain. Having had the opportunity to see all these professionals still have such dedication after 2+ years of COVID was a privilege. The Orthopedic Dept. did their usual magic, and well. It was, literally, as good as it could have been.

I had to come here on am emergency unfortunately last year. The staff and everyone made me feel good about being there and made sure my comfortability and checked on my well being constantly. There was one nurse on night shift that I felt wasn't that great. But we're all human and he also wasn't the worst. Overall I was really grateful and appreciated how much the staff care and make you feel comfortable as possible. I wish I could personally thank each one who had helped me through the 3 days I was there and how they helped through the tuff time. Thank you Kaiser!

Won’t come here again. My 8 year old daughter had the worst experience. Last thing that made us furious as parents was when the nurse Zein or zedene idont know But said to call her Z did a covid test around 10am or 10:30 April 22nd 2022 before we were being transferred in the ambulance to another hospital ……..said “ I will do it very softly I’m not like the other nurses. Well she sure gained my daughters trust then rammed it up very harsh and kept on going while my daughter was screaming in pain! Her dad spoke up said that is enough! She replied with “Oh I barely did the tip!” And kept repeating that and had the audacity to say “ Well I could of done it a lot more!” And kept repeating that As well. I told Her her u got ur test you can go. And she kept repeating. No apologies to my daughter nothing. I mean If you don’t have compassion or sympathy for kids or anybody who is already hurting in the ER WHY WORK THERE????? You don’t like your job find another especially with all that attitude!! Don’t come here !! Or ask for a different nurse avoid her!!

Please save yourself a $1,000 bill and 4 hours of time by going to rite aid to get cold and flu medicine over the counter. That's all they told me I needed for a sore throat, runny nose, phlegm and a cough. I was told upper respiratory infections have to run their course. A week of feeling ill. And 3 weeks of residual coughing. Perscribed cough suppresants nothing else. Please save your money.

Depends which floor. Both ER and the 5th floor allowed 2 at a time. Was just there a week ago.

Barbara, There are multiple stations on the West side of the building depending on what unit you are seeking care. After screening at the main entrance, there is an information table. The staff will be glad to help guide you to the appropriate location.

No. Most guys don't even go to the doctors' office when they are injuried or are in pain. Kaiser has a few Urgent Care facilities. The closest one to me is in La Mesa, CA.
Standing in front of the ER at the Zion location, the pharmacy is tö the far left of the building.
This hospital is available 24/7 for emergency treatment. However, other treatment lovations don't start to receive workers start coming in until around 6 and dont become available to take in patients until then or later.
