Made an appointment with plenty of notice for 12:30 pm. Came in before my scheduled time, was checked in and right before I was taken in I was told to come back at 1. I came back at 1 and was not seen until a hour later. I’ve been coming to Planned Parenthood for years now and I never had issues in any of the Orange County locations.

All of the staff were friendly and very attentive. I made an appointment online and was seen relatively quickly. Clean facility and busy for their standards but the office wasn't ever full or people waiting in line. In total, I had a great experience and will definitely return here. Thanks, ladies and gents!
