I had a new patient appointment with the OBGYN for an annual check up. My appointment time was at 1:30 pm around 1:45 I was taken to the back by the nurse who took my BP and weight and asked the basic questions. From that point I sat in a patient room naked and waiting to be seen by the MD for 1hr 15 mins. During that time no one stopped in to inform me that the doctor was running behind or that I would be seen shortly. Unfortunately I did not see nor meet the doctor so I can't speak to her abilities as an MD. I left the office shortly after 3pm without being seen at all. The receptionist was apologetic however it is highly unprofessional and inconsiderate of my time to have a person waiting over 1.5 hr to be seen. I'm disappointed as this provider had really good reviews so I expected a certain level of customer service that unfortunately I did not receive. If you decide to book this provider, be prepared to wait.
