I have been a Black Diamond customer for many years and the previous owner of my house (grandmother) had them for what seems like forever. The lady who I've been told is the owner that answers the phone for lawn services is extremely rude, she talks over you ever time you try to say something on the phone and is very disrespectful to customers. She needs to learn customer service etiquette 101. As an owner she should be respectful to her customers that keep her business a float. Congratulations Black Diamond, I just canceled my services and will go to one of your competitors that cares about their customers!

Fantastic selection of native Ohio perennials, especially pollinator plants. Melissa helped me out picking out the best varieties and quantity needed for a "community garden" project that I am working on. Prices were very good, much better than the other local nurseries, and many of the plants were locally raised. Highly recommend them. Wish I would have taken some photos. I will next time though.

If this is for a neglected lawn, I would normally recommend using a liquid BROADLEAF weed killer . liquid weed killers usually work better and faster than the granular. Also, you can repeat the application two weeks later to get the weeds that may have been missed by the previous application. Most granular BROADLEAF weed killers are combined with fertilizer. You cannot follow up with the same product for 6 to 8 weeks. Risking burning your lawn
