This place is the best. 10/10 bike store. Isaac helped me out with all of my bike needs and hooked me up with a great bike, new helmet, and awesome light. Even threw in a water bottle! He was very helpful and answered all my questions. George the shop dog was also very friendly.

The owner and the service staff were friendly and helpful in regards to maintenance questions and there was a sales person who would greet and offer folks help in regards to new bicycles. Seems this store has a large following as it was really busy when I was there. But, I gave a mediocre rating due to that the final price I was charged was significantly more than the original estimate that was given regarding a service job I had done for a tune-up, install new thicker inner tubes, and some slime to prevent small punctures. The only reason I tried this shop was to use a 10% off coupon and I had another $10 coupon that was sent in the mail. The cashier said I could use both coupons but they did not reduce the price by much as my jaw hit the floor when I heard the final price. I didn't want to raise-hell about the final price as times are tough due to COVID and the shop did do a nice service job. One other issue is the entrance/exit is really narrow where only one person can comfortably walk in and out of the store at a time. As for me, I think this is a one and done visit. I guess I'll go back to Cyclery USA who have more reasonable prices.

Great store, awesome staff very helpful. Issac helped me this morning grab brakes and tires and grips and checked me out all in 5 minutes, then I brought it back later to get brakes adjusted and they took only 15 mins and 15$ to finish the brake adjustment and cutting cables:)

As an avid cyclist, the only place I go in Chino is Incycle. I bike on average 20 miles a day and being the summer time, goatheads are nearly impossible to avoid in some form or fashion. They have all the needed parts and a great customer service. The service bay in the back is also exceptional. Overall a great place to go for all cycling needs.

I don't think so only for sale
It's depends on the tire size in a tube , labor $10.00
I was looking for a scott Genius. Size L
Yes they do, they have a full repair shop and do good work.
For sure masks are required for entry and sanitizer is provided at the door. There also appears to be reduced capacity and test rides must be requested.
Yes, but I don't expect them to take just anything. It's a question of re-sale value, nothing broken or rusted.
They definitely will adjust.
No
I paid about 35 per wheel for truing on my 29er, I don't know about spoke replacement though.
You should call and speak to the Mgr or owner.
Yes
Incycle can handle any upgrade! They have 4 stores with inventory. Just give them a call and they will hook you up.
