Managment is unfair to residents kicking out a family to swim after 8 o'clock stating pool was closed. Any other time the pool has multiple families and residents in the pool after 8 and was not kicked out. Nowhere in the pool rolls does it state the pool closes after 8 and we were in there well before the pool closed. Place has roaches and spiders. Managment is highly rude. Wait list is too long and other residents are very loud. Would NOT recommend.

It was clen and beautiful no bed bugs the neighbors aren't noisy it is peaceful and people don't still from you one time I left the keys out side stuck on the door all night
unique beauty
Waste of time if your trying to get in the apartments. They except you to have good credit but if it's low income apts of course your not going to have good credit

Strict manager, kids can't play outside, only two guest per lease occupants, inspection 3-4 times a year, You are reminded by management that you live in low income housing.

Okay...it appears that they closed the waiting list in August of 2018 and are working from a wait list from a few years ago. I believe 2014? They now have over 2000 people on the current wait list. It's just sitting still and moving slow because people are not vacating. She did say that you can call the office at any time to ask when the wait list is open. Best of Luck to you! Best to join when you can as many on the wait list dont end up qualifying or find other housing options as they were waiting. Hope that helps!
Thanks. I'm LA so I was hoping to get some information online. Guess I will have to drive over there. Thanks again
There 2 and 3 bedroom's
Just try to provide all your info and be patient.
When I applied in 2015 they were accepting section 8...so yes as far as I know.
Yes,they take section 8 and I am not sure about the waiting list
Depends on how many rooms and square feet of each unit. For more info, show up to the office. I drove from LA to get more info. Defintely worth the drive.
I waited 6 months
You can pick up an application outside of the office, fill it out and drop it off. They will call you when they have an available unit.
No pets allowed at ivy at college park apartments
Yes, these are low income appartments. Mari R. Is correct, the proccess is based on your gross anual income. They have an income threshold you must fall within. If you make too little or too much yearly, you'll more than likely be denied. The required income is reflected on how many rooms you plan to have in a single unit. The more rooms of course, the more you'll need to earn yearly. Regardless, you must still fall within the anual income threshold. I have a few friends that were also interested, but the establishment is currently not accepting applications for the IVY II units (2/16/18). It never hurts to call, ask, anr stay updated though. Good Luck!
Yes.
