5 stars for a reason, Sergios is amazing. Came in for 4 wheel alignment and 4 wheel mount and balance and was out ASAP with amazing service.

Had a pretty bad experience there. Called in the morning to get a quote to install 4 shocks. They said they will call me back in a hour since the mechanic is not there. I waited 3 hours and call them back , they told me the same thing they will call me back with a quote. 5 hour past no call back I call again they tell me to bring in the car so they can look at it before giving me a quote. I bring it in the next day and they out it in the lift and then they tell me they can't do it today but bring it tomorrow and pick it up the next day... A full day just to install 4 shocks. I used to come here all the time but the customer service doesn't exist. They don't have set prices do shock installation or anything. Just disappointed due to the fact I always come here for tire stuff but they just didn't care for me as a customer trying to get some shocks installed. Again I had to call 3 times before they just told me to come on it . Just gonna find a new shop.

Was helped by gentlemen named Anthony who was very knowledgeable, explaining what toe, camber n caster does to my tires. He also offered me a bottle of water, that's a 1st ever from a tire/alignment shop lol Would 100% recommended. I don't even live around here, I came around here for some suspension work n seen Sergio's tire which had good reviews n I was not disappointed.
