Needed an oil change and made an appointment with Fausto. He was extremely kind and understood that I came in wanting one thing and wasn't pushy about me "needing other work done" like other places do. when he mentioned that some things might need some consideration It didn't feel like an upset like other places do. more like a genuine concern human being to human being. going again for sure.

We made an apt online and was told in the store they no longer do oil change labor only (when the customer brings the oil/filter). We called the another store, they are able to take us right the way...so never going back to this location.

I took my nephews 2010 Ford Flex SEL here to replace the cooling fan assembly with the part that I supplied(aftermarket). While the mechanic was testing the functionality of the fans, the rear heater hose busted and I bought an OEM part to replace it as well. The aftermarket fan assembly part was defective and I requested that the OEM part to be put back in, in which it was. The problem is that when I got the vehicle back, the oil dipstick handle is broken, missing bolts, the clip that holds the radiator/fan assembly in place, wrong coolant, and the fan assembly has a crack on the top of it as well as the plastic clips in the pics. I paid a little over $700 for horrible service and they didn’t wash the engine bay or wipe the coolant off of the passenger fender when they were done. I hope the owner can review the cameras so they know that I’m not lying about the oil dipstick. This will not be a cheap repair due to incompetent techs. I have been coming here a few years and the old management and crew did a great job on my vehicles. The new management and crew are no good and I’m not coming back sadly.
