Why do they not honor the TV commercial special of 5 pieces for$6.99? They claimed no knowledge about this special , instead they charged me $29.00 for 8 pieces and a small mac and cheese. Ripped off!!!

I have no problems with the food. However the staff at this particular location is extremely incompetent. I placed a mobile order and when I got there, the order didn’t show up in their system. Got to the window, still wasn’t there, I get it, sometimes it just doesn’t show up so I showed my receipt on the app. Still wasn’t showing up so they wrote down my order. The problems start here. They asked to see the receipt a second time. They go off for 5 minutes. Ask a third time. Same thing. Then the manager or something (assuming because she was wearing a grey shirt instead of the usual orange) asked to see the receipt again. I handed her my phone and as I hand her my phone, I noticed her hands are covered in flour, obviously from breading chicken. So now I’ve been sitting at the window for like 10 minutes, given them my phone 4 times and a manager or supervisor touched my property with contaminated hands. Then she asks to see proof that I paid in my bank account. So I’m supposed to show this random lady who has no regard for health standards my bank information now? Absolutely unprofessional and will not be returning to this location.

I ordered the 5 piece tenders and asked how many sauces 5 piece tenders comes with, guy said 2. 2? For 5 piece tenders? They know you need more so they decided to charge you $.25 for each extra sauce. Talk about taking advantage of people 👎🏻
