Yes, these are low income appartments. Mari R. Is correct, the proccess is based on your gross anual income. They have an income threshold you must fall within. If you make too little or too much yearly, you'll more than likely be denied. The required income is reflected on how many rooms you plan to have in a single unit. The more rooms of course, the more you'll need to earn yearly. Regardless, you must still fall within the anual income threshold. I have a few friends that were also interested, but the establishment is currently not accepting applications for the IVY II units (2/16/18). It never hurts to call, ask, anr stay updated though. Its based on gross annual income. There's a waiting list but everyone who has applied may not get in. My advice is just apply you might get in sooner then you think.
