I purchased a pair of 3mmx2.1" 14K polished hoop earrings from this company. Two days later they cancelled the order due to the earrings being out of stock. I went back to the website and found the exact same earrings/item number but the price was inflated by $93. This is classic bait and switch. It is very dishonest. I gave the company a chance to honor the original price and they refused with numerous unsubstantial excuses. I had to shop for the earrings again and found the best price at Sam's. Amazon and Etsy also beat their new higher earring price. Shop around before you do business with this company.

Great experience. Arrived in just four days. The quality of my chain was perfect and just beautiful. Fair prices in my opinion.

I ordered an item from the website, waited almost 4 weeks for them to open up the store due to the quarantine, and am now being told it is not in stock, and it will take 3-5 days to get a refund. I understand about the quarantine, but why was the item listed for sale on the website if it was out of stock? This was for my son's birthday and he is very disappointed.
