I stayed there for only a year. Extremely overpriced rent. Maintenance takes forever and doesn’t even fix the issue unless you threaten with rent. Hidden fees that are also overpriced. Will take all your money and show nothing for it, do not recommend

5 stars to everyone that works at Alkire Glen. The leasing staff and maintenance crew are top notch. I had an issue with my upstairs neighbors fighting a lot and screaming and banging, but the courtesy officer Cody Banks took care of it and it's been extremely peaceful ever since. Having a courtesy officer on-site provides so much peace of mind, it's unreal. He is also a very cool guy who took me seriously. I was worried he would dismiss me because "oh, just complaining about loud noises" but no, he assured me he would take care of it - and he did! Every time I have needed something (which hasn't been often honestly), the leasing office or maintenance staff take care of it PROMPTLY. I usually email them and have a response within an hour. Jessica, Ann, Donny (Donnie?), Billy, and Drake are some of the best people ever. Love them so much and love living here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
