Don't even bother with this place if you want rapid results. Everywhere online and on their website they advertise "fast within 1 hr rapid test results". At the $129 price point one would hope it's quick but it's not. My husband's results arrived after 5 hours when he did his. Mine? I had my sample taken on Tue at 11am and did not receive results until THURSDAY morning. The whole point of a rapid test is to know what my results are AT LEAST the same day. I'm self-employed and needed to make a decision about work based in the test results that took 2 days to arrive. Absolutely appalling. I tried emailing twice and received no proper response regarding my results until I got the result itself. My husband had a PCR done at Providence later on Tuesday and got the results Wednesday evening. Let's see how long the PCR test takes to come back.

We made an appointment for 3pm and had to wait nearly 2 hours. Approx 20 cars in front of us and only 1 person available to take the tests. Although they advertise that you will receive the results within 1-2 hours, we still haven’t received the results at 11:30pm. No chat or other live option available. Hopefully they read their email in time. We have to catch a flight tomorrow.

i scheduled an appointment and paid $129 online for an antigen test the following day. when i arrived at the site--a parking lot behind a les schwab--staff was friendly, and i was administered the test and on my way within ten minutes. however, their site claims that results for the antigen test are provided generally within 1 hour. i received my results within 24 hours instead (negative, thank goodness). even if this org has the best of intentions, it cannot keep the promises given on the website, and should not be relied on for urgent testing. please keep that in mind when setting up an appointment.

Paid an extreme overpriced for a covid test that was supposed to have a turnaround time of 1 to 2 days. Apparently even if you take your test first thing in the morning the day that you took your test is not count. Extremely misleading and unclear I wasn't able to get my test results in time for my flight because of this. If I took my test at 8:00 in the morning on a Monday then I should have my test results by 8:00 in the morning on a Wednesday. But I called and was told they didn't have to give them to me until Wednesday before 11:59 p.m.... They couldn't speed up my process and 400$ for the one hour results is just insane
