The emergency room staff today were terrible (and have been for a while, according to other reviews of this hospital). They were sluggish with their work and kept cracking jokes to one another as many suffering people were left waiting for extensive periods of time. My fiancée and his brother checked in today due to his brother running a consistent fever for around a week now. They were made to wait for nearly three hours, only to be given a covid test they could've taken at home, then promptly sent away without anything at all, even considering the sick brother's poor state. Throughout the entire visit they were rudely addressed and pushed around by the staff, who forced the two to stay six feet apart despite their recent contact over the past few days. I understand the pandemic has affected staffing but that is no excuse for the terrible treatment nor the behavior exhibited by the staff members today.

The staff that tended to me upon arrival were great all except one young lady, but after my MRI the shift change that had came in at about 9 pm were awful, rude and racist, as if I was dirty and disgusting and undeserving of care. Nurses and second Doctor that were supposed to attend me were distasteful at best! The nurse gone ask me what did I expect to get out of coming there, like I had nothing better to do but swing by in an EMT for nothing to get an MRI. Wow. Gaslite by supposed health professionals like I was a walking crime. I do not get what is wrong with people, but when your mothers and daughters experience what I did today you will understand where I AM coming from. How dare you?!

Was in hospital and had minor surgery about heart asked a nurse to help me to bathroom on third floor which is posted if need help ask so could go to bathroom and wash my hands before food came. This is the second time this happened at is place would not go there again to be in that hospital. The only reason gave two stars was the doctors and my male nurse and er staff when came in.other then that my stay sucked and the night heart doctor doesn't have any good bed side manners cause people know what they can do and he was arguing with a heart patient

During our stay at Good Samaritan Legacy in Portland with our mother, we were met with the friendliest, most compassionate and attentive staff during this difficult time for our family. In particular, we would like to give a special thanks to our nurse, Zach Edwards, on 6SW. Zach went above and beyond the exceptional care we were already receiving to make sure that not only our mother was comfortable and cared for, but that we were comfortable with the steps we needed to take moving forward. We'd also like to give a special mention to Molly and Jen in the ICU. A big thank you the entire team! - The Mitchells

Bldg 2 is across main hospital, also if you park in garage 2 and take elevator where you need
They should contact you. Might be a day or two before.
This is a psychiatric hospital, they do not do ultrasounds, you have to go to the hospital or call to change your appointment
Not sure we're that place is
As far as I am aware any patient giving birth is allowed to have only one support person for the entire duration they are there. Unfortunately I think it is just the one person, as in they cant swap put and take turns. You can always call and they give clear instructions!
Your visitor has to be vaccinated ?! Is that the same for labor and delivery ? How does that make sense when I'm not vaccinated but I get to stay there ?
Yup!
In Building 3, 3rd floor, across from the pain management clinic.
Any time during the day. After 8PM visitors need a pass and need to enter through the ED. Visitor hours may vary slightly depending on the unit.
You don't call the rooms directly. You call the main number and you all for the patient by name. They connect you to the room.
