Terrible service for years, only getting worse. Recently had two days worth of consistent outages where they claimed to be "fixing" something, ultimately resulting in an even poorer service after said "fix." We are paying as much as our counterparts in town less than 15 miles away who receive substantially better service. Customer support is exceptionally unhelpful as they are outsourced to remote locations and do not even have access to the pertinent service backends. Stephouse was bad, WiLine somehow made it even worse.

This is terrible. I have used this service for several years now and while it has always been slower than more expensive companies, now it is ridiculously slow and cuts in and out constantly. I am currently shopping for a new company and service. WiLine is impossible to get ahold of and for what I am paying, I will be switching over to some other provider. NOT worth the lower price....

DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE! If I had any other choice, I would go with them. If your internet goes out you could be without for days or weeks. When the main antenna went down it was 2 to 3 days before they were able to get the internet connection back up. Recently, I have had issues with getting Stephouse/Wiline to send a tech out to my house to fix our internet issues for over a week and still counting. I put in a ticket saying our internet has been intermittent. They responded within a few hours saying it was fixed when it was not. I called back and told them the issue was not fixed. I was told that a tech would be coming out to fix the issue. I asked for an ETA and they would not give me one. Two days later I called again asking when a tech was coming out. I was given the same excuse that the tech was in the area and would be there and that he would call. The most recent I was told the tech would be there in 2 hours and 2 hours later he has not shown up.

Cancelled my service in the first week of July 2019 due to regular outages. I was told that I just needed to return the modem. After I did that I thought I was done but they kept billing me. I talked to another stephouse representative and they were nice and apologized and said that they would take care of it. Somehow I am still being sent bills for the service that I haven't used in 4 months. They are completely disorganized. Edit: I have repeatedly called and left voicemails to their billing department as well as sent emails. No response. I have however received another bill. I submitted a complaint with the better business bureau.

Daniel, our 1Gig service has a 1Gig upload speed with latency measuring around 1-2ms. If you aren't in an area qualifying for our 1Gig service, the 100Mbit service has a 10Mbit upload speed with latencies averaging around 15-20ms.
