It's nothing unexpected at this hospital. They're a trauma center that apparently waits for trauma "ONLY," if you need to be seen for an illness this is not your place because I guarantee you'll wait 9+ hours no matter how small the injury is. They have Dr's and nurse's huddled up together doing absolutely nothing, but telling jokes and flirting with completele disregarding about anything the patient has to say or what their going through. I had an ectopic pregnancy, hemorrhaging a I was in need of surgery. I explained I was just there, I gave my doctors name, they called no one, checked not one chart and I had to call and have the Dr paged myself before I passed out. When I woke. I had surgery and was alive. To add insult to injuy.. can one of the vinny machines work. Just one. This is horrible.

I guess they do a good job. But bring your stopwatch because they charge $10/minute! And $700 for an ultrasound. Seems excessive. That is like $6 million a year [!] per machine at 2/hour for 12 hours/day.. the machine costs $50-200k. But wait! There's more! I called to complain about the prices and time spent, because it was a 15 minute appt and got charged a lot more. They didn't care. I asked on the phone, are there more pending charges? They said no. But that was a lie! Today I got more bills to pay, the convenience of another $500 I owe.. for what? Not a cure! Don't go to the doctor, they will make you cry but don't have the cure, and don't even read about new medical research that is promising. They are not listening and just want their $10-20/hour.

My fiance was shot in the chest and leg.The team in the ICU was the best They all worked very hard to save his life and after six weeks he is expected to have a full recovery . Also a big shout out to Kami in the Trachu unit we don't know what we would have done without you . You are a amazing Nurse . Everyone was so good to us Thank you all and God Bless.from the Salcido family

Doctors seemed knowledgeable. But they are woefully under staffed. And with anything when you get thousands of patients, Doctors and Nurses some are good and some are bad. Problem is when they are under staffed the bad ones affect the overall performance a lot more. In a 1 week stay we had so many different nurses it was stupid. I don't see why you wouldn't have a dedicated nurse for each patient. Build a relationship. Have some customer service. Nope move them from room to room. Stupid.

Is that also for PICU?
We had an extended stay recently and the nurses never mentioned a public shower. We were offered to use the shower in the patients room.
I-5 north to the 405 exit, 405 north to Kerby exit. The exit is across the street from the hospital. Can't miss it.
Call the hospital hr
Same answer as above
The tv has a place to give recognition to the nurses and doctors with a keyboard in the room.
You can also have one loved one spend the night. I was there in August for almost the whole month. Glad to be gone but miss the nurses and staff there very much.
Go to the Valet Parking on Graham Street.
No list sorry.
