Best staff ever! I felt like I was at home with my familt. Barbara at the Portland clinic made everything so smooth and comfortable. Whenever I need to come back I will always come back to see her. Thank you Barbara!

I made an appointment for a rapid antigen test on January 16, $129. They advertise it as "results being available generally within an hour". They also asked me if I would like a free RPR test, which is more sensitive, but they said it would take a week to get the result. I have had a few at other sites, and you get a result within a few days. After waiting about 4 hours for my "rapid" result, I called customer service (though they encourage you to email them!). The person put me on hold and contacted their lab/testing services. No result was result given over the phone, but within a half hour it was emailed to me. So much for "rapid". Keep in mind that the free tests you get from the government give you a result within 15 minutes, and a test I had in Paris in September at neighborhood pharmacy took 30 minutes and cost $25 and generated a certificate for travel. And, at 2 1/2 weeks, my "free PCR" test is still not done. The staff on site is very nice and reassuring but their lab services are kind of a joke. I work in the medical field, and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Not sure what is going on here. Showed up to my appointment time at 1:30 and no one was around, the building was locked, and there were a few other people walking around aimlessly looking for someone/seeing if there was a way to get in. no signs or anything. hung out for about 15 minutes and just had to leave, not sure if they decided to just close today because of the snow but would’ve been nice to get notified if that were the case.

You arrange for an hour long time slot to do your drive up test. Then you have to wait your turn first come first serve. I got there right at the beginning of the hour long slot and left 1.5 hours later. I paid for a one hour test result and got it emailed to me within 30 minutes of taking the test. Then you can print it wherever.

Nope.....you have to book an appointment online and, if neccessary, prepay.
The tests should all be free! Obviously insurance can make a difference but you will perform a pre-test screening with a health professional that will ask you a few questions and you can double-check based on your situation.
How long it takes the results for international travel?
Yes
