Hahaha just want to share something eye opening. Who has heard of $2800 per month for month-to-month rent for a 2b2b normally cost $1500, especially it only cost $1900 for the flexibility one month ago. BTW, we have been living here for a year and this is renewal.

Lost my interest in just 1 phone call about if they accept huskies. Before answering my questions she asked for all my personal information. Which was pointless if they didn't allow huskies. Then when I couldn't hear what she said about the breeds because of the connection breaking in and out I asked her to repeat herself nicely and you could tell she was annoyed with me and said something smart when repeating herself. Then instead of asking for more information or setting up a showing or doing anything remotely in the range of trying to sell me on going there she just wanted to end the phone call.

1-star for me because the management staff is inconsistent. The new manager is not someone I would like to continue doing business with in the future. I found her character to lack empathy which results into her having poor communication skills. Codi is her name and moving forward she needs to learn how to communicate properly. Not talking at someone and listening to respond. Secondly: The maintenance team is weak in their performance. The value of this place has gone down as they continue to change staff and it's just not the same anymore. It is a cute apartment but .. enter at your own risk.
