How do I go about obtaining a 'certified" copy of my mother's d sth certificate? I need one to have funds released from a mutual fund. Please advise.

You can order one through the funeral home if it's 6 months or less from date of death, if longer from the state of Oregon vital records. Either way the charge is 25.00 per certified copy.
