This apartment I still live here but very bad apartments the people at the leasin office are very mean always,they never let you know know when the water will run out you just wake up and find out no water at all ,they neve fix anything in your apartment very bad management ☹️😞😢im tire of it

Apparently this place use to be a hell hole years ago but are under new management! And new management have done a great job in my opinion. It’s pretty quiet out here, they keep it and clean and the grass is always cut. Maintenance comes out And does their job. The inside of my apartment is nice and it’s pretty cheap! Toya in the office is so wonderful!

very rude landlords both of them. the first red flag was on my move in day & had already turned the keys in to my previous place, had my u-haul packed & all & at 3PM they told me i couldn’t move in that day anymore because they had other things to do? if the office doesn’t close until 5, that doesn’t make any sense. then when i moved in i noticed there was a crack in the master bedroom window that i reported to them that day & also a issue with a stove that they already knew about & none of it ever got fixed. the end of my stay came when one day at around 5:45PM while i was at home, someone tried to kick in my door, after they kicked it they tried to enter but couldn’t because they jammed the door from kicking it so hard. come to find out i was the 3rd victim in the last week of young boys running around robbing the homes of women. i am 5 months pregnant & i was not raising my son in a place where we could potentially get hurt. when it came down to it, i ended up leaving that day & never returned. i then had an issue with squatters living in my apartment about a month later & called the office to change the locks in order to keep the people out (my name was the only name on the lease) they made no effort to change the locks so i called Belle Harbour Management who supposedly owns this place. when i called she sounded annoyed that i was calling saying this is her personal phone & she was busy with her grandkids? don’t put your number down for contact if you don’t want people to call? i then went in to explain what happened & how no action from the landlords on the property was taken. she then puts both landlords on the phone & they all immediately start SCREAMING at me telling me it’s my fault that there were squatters in my house & why should they stop what they’re doing to help me. i absolutely could not believe how terrible my experience was renting with these rude, disrespectful people. they can evict me if they want, but at the end of the day the way these people acted towards me was completely unacceptable & they will NEVER get another dollar out of me.
