I have lived here since 2015 everything was fine until KB properties took over. They have increased my rent about $250 since they took over and have done thing to improve them. These pictures are of my utility closet… I h Asthma like asked them over a month ago to come fix it and check for mold as I have developed Asthma like systems nothing has been done about it.
