Beware of this business. I legally cannot post too many details due to an upcoming court case, but beware nonetheless. I worked for this establishment for a little less than 3 months. First the owner does NOT do background checks on management, a simple google search will show you the history and past of his management crew. Second, upon leaving the owner refused to pay me the total balance of my final paycheck. The owner Matthew May, stole $1085 out of my final paycheck. I reported this to corporate and they said that it was up to the owner to pay me. I reported him to the Dept of Labor, they told him that what he did was illegal and that he needed to submit the payment of $1085, at this time he has still not payed me. The owner has no morals or values. THIS IS NOT A REPUTABLE BUSINESS!!! The owner is a liar and a thief.

We needed our muffler replaced on our small RV. I contacted Midas based on their reviews. We spoke with Sergio, who was very friendly & professional. We were discussed whether they could work on our RV. We were told that they could & they had all mufflers at ready access, but to be sure, Sergio suggested we email specifics to them in advance. We emailed pictures of the muffler & specifications of our RV. We then made an appointment a week later. When we arrived for our appointment, it became obvious Sergio had not reviewed the requested info. In fact, we were informed that there was a $49.95 charge (refundable if we had the work done) to determine if they could actually replace our muffler. He estimated $250-$300 w/o putting our vehicle up in the air to check. While we were there, he also informed us that he couldn't get the "universal" muffler we would need for a couple of days. 2 Star rating for being polite & courteous. But in the end, our time was wasted. Wound up going to Henry's Muffler Shop. Had everything we needed, friendly & courteous, less expensive with lifetime warranty.

I brought my Tundra over there for rotation and balance, was incredible the bad service they provided to me, they said they couldn't do the work because my tires were bad, bad service, bad attention without even check my truck tires, then I brought my truck across the street to Pep Boys, they did my an excellent work on my Truck and also alignment, poor service 👎🏽
