Tire center. (Jay) was horrible. I was charged for new tire, oil change, and all four tires life time balance and rotation. He never rotated tires. Then I asked again for it and was told “no” that he already worked on my car. He falsely put that “customer refused rotation” because it was his break time. I asked for a manager and got a team lead who heard problem and said he had to get a coach. I waited for 45 minutes at the desk and no one came back to deal with the problem. The cashier Allie refused to give me the name of the mechanic who refused to work on my van. She said “I ain’t doin him like that” Allie said “go to another Walmart.” I know it’s hard to find good help but I was charged $56 for rotation and balance and never got it. It was horrible!!! If I could give them zero stars, I would.

Went to get my oil changed at 7:00 a.m., the time that Auto Care center was supposed to open. The very nice girl that works at the intake counter and one of the other Auto Care center employees were there, but they had to wait for another Auto tech in order for work to begin. I was informed that this person would probably not be in until anywhere from 8:00 to 10:00. Really? So the whole Auto center at this Walmart location is held hostage by one person.

Very poor communication and poor customer service. I don't think I'll be returning. It didn't appear that employees were happy at all here. That was my experience!

Night manager hateful and rude. Continually lies. Closes 2hrs early typically. Even if you made an appointment witch i did they will cancel it an close and wont bother to call and inform you. Wont be going back period. Took 3 days just to get intouch and to get there early enough before they decide they want to close.
