This place right here!! Smh!!! Why make a appointment if you're always behind? Why have a family plan and pretend you're saving people money when your trapping them into services that they might not need or can afford? What a joke!!! The CSR do their job, but the flack they have to endure on behalf of the company is crazy... There no words to express my feeling about this company... I'm sorry if I offended you and your company. I have no problem with the CSR I agree they most definitely do their job: however having an appointment at 11:30 and leaving at 12:50 just to have the oil changed 😲 not and lot of time lost still that was not a appointment. The crazy thing is this wasn't my vehicle I brought it in for a friend. I'll give you a call or maybe stop back by to see you tomorrow.. if it's alright with you. Although I can't imagine what it would solve the company slow service on the this past Thursday.. the job was done, and done properly that's not my complaint..
