I've been coming to this location for several years and I've never had a problem until this morning. The younger heavy set male cashier at the counter was very disrespectful from the time I walked in. They open at 8am, he opened the door at 7:55. I proceeded to walk in at 7:57am and he immediately said in a short and condescending tone," Maam, we are not open yet. We open at 8am, I have 3 minutes". I immediately apologized and said I thought it was ok to come in because you opened the door. I looked at him side-ways and said no problem..ok, because his tone was nasty. When I went back in at 8am, before I could get to the counter and tell him why I was there, he immediately started running his mouth about his computer was down, why did I stare at him when he told me they weren't open, businesses don't open when we want them, etc. I told him his energy was very nasty, and I'm there to conduct business and get a service. Can we conduct business? He proceeded being nasty. I asked questions about the type of oil change I needed, he responded so negatively and very combative. The young lady behind me was shaking her head in shock of how nasty he was being and even offered to buy me a cup of coffee for the way I handled this disgruntled worker who obviously took his anger out on the first person he saw. He needs a good night sleep, retraining, coffee,, and potentially a position in the back where he doesn't have to exhibit normal behavior.

Great business with a positive attitude. Car care done with a personal care long been gone from the car repair business. These guys do a great job.

Overcharge overcharge!!I call this location for a brake and rotors service they give me a price of $220 I call another precision tune auto care in Raleigh in The same city they give me a quote of 140 so I went there and got them done! So explain to me why they trying to overcharge people
