You get what you pay for just keep that in mind . Luma property group is just one of those companies that doesn’t take care of their properties and it shows. At the end of the day, I’m grateful for having had a roof over my head when I needed it.

These people are pyschos! First of all, they have stayed at a 3.0 rating for YEARS - convinced they have someone who just leaves a random positive review to keep it balanced and despite that, still low ratings. They never answer the phone. Their pest control management is a joke. roaches! No matter how clean you keep the apartment, roaches. It is so bad that ORKIN said that they have alot of people from our apartment complaining about roaches, requesting services. It is downright dangerous here. Not because of the residents (although the building across from Center Court is very sketchy and they do manage those as well) but the building infrastructure on the front entrance of 4869 almost collapsed. It is dirty and just old looking. Maintenance a JOKE! The maintenance guys do absolutely nothing tape and super glue are their best friends. Stay away from Center Court. They are cheap for a reason. In the next few years this will be the new East Broad Plaza ( better off renting there for the value)

Quiet neighborhood but buildings are nasty. Apartments are MICE/ROACH infested literally they crawl in as soon as you open your door. Stewart little lived in my stove for months & they asked me to record it in order to prove it after I showed them pics of FECES & a big whole they still did nothing.The rental office is very unprofessional & RUDE when they decide to answer the phone.They just want your money but continue to halfway fix stuff.They’ll also STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!!! By putting a balance on your door for a random amount then will dismiss you out of the office when you come at them w/ receipts & ask them to explain.Save yourself some time and keep looking they some slums fr.
