Stay away! The owner is shady, the property is infested and the staff is useless. The owner has a number of other businesses around town so don’t go to Tall Oaks or Winterwood either. The property is in such bad shape, it currently has a court appointed receiver that appears to be another LLC owned by the same guy. Do a quick web search for Archrock in NYC- this company does not care about its residents. I honestly don’t see why the city allows this to go on.

Ac went out 3 weeks ago garbage disposal has been down for months can not contact anyone in the rental office by phone it stays ringing busy so cant even leave a voice mail when you can catch the apartment manager in office she tries her best to help but nothing gets done ive talked to her 3 times the last 3 weeks about the ac in months about the garbage disposal the city needs to step in or owners with enough funding to fix real problems for tenants versus getting the grass cut every monday id rather have a working ac unit and garbage disposal then looking a fresh cut grass every monday morning

The battle of the rats. This place has more rats than I've seen in a life time. These rats look like raccoons. This place has Roaches galore. German Roaches, day time crawling around in your coffee. It's not a happy place to live so I would look else where. Plus, they don't have a maintenance person. My daughter has been without air for a long time ( the whole summer).

The rental office lady is horrible and always got a nasty attitude. Rats running all over the complex no maintenance and if you call to request any repairs they don’t come. All this place cares about is the RENT and if you don’t pay that is the only time the rental office takes action putting 3-day notices on the door the new property manager Lucy let’s just say she is a joke she don’t care about anything in the complex but the tenants paying the rent. The city needs to step in and help this complex
