DO NOT MOVE HERE! New management has been terrible so far. I have called countless times and left voicemails without return. Ceiling was leaking and no one came to repair. New roof is going on and there are NAILS everywhere. Countless nails are in my tires. Property said the company would clean up all of the trash from construction but it has not happened. There are nails all over the sidewalks and grass areas where children and dogs play! Steer clear of this place unless you like moldy, outdated, and low quality apartments.

This place is absolutely horrible, I moved out back in June which I’m very grateful I did seeing that nothing in the area has changed. I lived there for 3 years and absolutely hated and regretted every second I lived there. Management is absolutely horrible and rude. DO NOT MOVE HERE you will hate it

Avoid at all costs. Cheap poorly maintained apartments and deceptive business practices. I live in another state and maintained this apartment because I work in the area a couple weeks a month. You need maintenance constantly because nothing works. Fixtures fall off. Paint slopped everywhere. Horrible turn around time on maintenance (week to weeks) is clearly a strategy to get you to stop calling. Office rarely answers the phone. Lastly, most importantly, they will scam you on your security deposit! I paid $300 non-refundable and $30 a month pet fee because they said they have to repaint and put new carpet in after a pet has been there. Fast forward 2 years, we move out, (our pet died a year ago and were still charged monthly) and they scam our security deposit. After 5 weeks of not getting my security deposit, it took 3 phone calls and another week to get someone on the phone who then said to email them. They claim I smoked in the apartment ROFL I DO NOT EVEN SMOKE!! They claim the carpet needs replacing and the walls need painting because I smoke. I DO NOT SMOKE and already paid to have those replaced because of my pet. Just complete lies. I had guests smoke on the balcony until I received notice this was not allowed, but this has nothing to do with a claim of an odor inside. Just a lie. I took pictures, the apartment was perfect when I left. So they say it is a lingering odor, which is just lie. To put the icing on the cake, they lied to me claiming they sent me a letter and it was returned to sender. This is again just a lie, I know the address of the home I have owned for 40 years and put it on the form correctly. It is all just a scam to keep your security deposit. AVOID this company at all costs.

For cheap rent in dublin you can’t expect much but this place will make you feel like you live in a trash can that’s on fire. Wanna talk to the office people? Good luck getting them to answer the phone. Wanna throw your trash away? Good luck using the “compactor” that services 1/4 of the complex. I don’t know what it’s compacting, definitely not trash, as we got around 6 emails in the 8 months I lived there saying it was broken. You also have to pay $15/month for “trash services.” Anyways.. wanna move out yet? Better give them a 60 days heads up or they’ll automatically enroll you in month-to-month rent without letting you know. Below is a fun picture of mold that was living with me for about 4 months until maintenance painted over it. Oh and they’ll charge you move out fees so don’t bother deep cleaning your apartment if you can make it out because they’ll charge you anyways. Whoever responds to these saying “Kaitlin I’m sorry your experience didn’t live up to your expectations,” stuff it. Don’t live here.
