Good experience getting product availability information by phone ahead of coming in on 2 Echo tools. They had everything ready to go for me when I arrived. Good stock and availability of tools and all accessories, everything is neatly organized and displayed. Will definitely be back and will try out service if ever needed.

Jordan helped me in the service department. He seemed incredibly irritated that I was there attempting to get my generator serviced. He wasn’t kind at all and seemed like I was bothering him to do his job. Also was quoted a few days earlier that my generator would take 1-2 days. He informed me it would take almost 2 weeks to fix a small portable generator. Don’t go here. Search around and find a place with better employees and better customer service. I didn’t take my generator here. I will find a place that actually wants customers.

We went in only knowing that we needed something bigger to mow the acreage that we just bought and moved onto. The woman and men who helped us were knowledgeable, helpful, prompt and did a fantastic job setting us up with just the right machine. No pressure, either. We went home and did our due diligence and found not only were they offering better equipment, they were offering it at a price that was comparable to the big box stores. They delivered our new mower to us in just days and the delivery guy was nice enough to show us how the mower worked and gave us pointers on the best way to mow a field with several trees. We couldn't be happier with our service! Thank you Jade and Ron for your above and beyond great service! We will be back for more equipment soon!
