Don't bother renting here. There is absolutely no parking, I'm physically disabled and all the handicap spots are always taken and all the visitors spots are constantly filled. They have a "rule" where a car cant be parked in a visitors spot for more than 3 days, but they never enforce that rule. I'm forced to park on the street sometimes (if there even is street parking) its not safe to park on the streets, my roommate's catalytic convertor was stolen while she was forced to park on the street. The walls are thin, I can hear full conversations through the walls. The trash and recycling area is always gross, trash is on the ground everywhere. They don't include utilities in the rent. They have big patios but they are super picky about what you can have on your patio/deck. I strongly regret renting here.

Apartments are very nice, neighborhood is good, and the maintenance crew is great. Office staff are very poor. Poor communication, off putting, and will be quick to bother you for the slightest things but never put a rush on anything that the residents really need. Parking is an issue if more than one person has a car too. If it wasn’t for the people that run the office here I would give this place 5 stars no problem.

We absolutely loved living here and only left as we were finally able to purchase our dream home. The manager and entire staff is super kind and helpful. Maintenance always was prompt and responsive to anything that arose. Thank you for all that you do, you will all be missed.

wow. This is a total stay away! I loved living here until I was hit with a 25% increase in my 14 month lease agreement for a renewal. Again 25% ($500) increase so if you are at $2000 to start well after 14 months at this place you will be hit with a $2500 new rental agreement which is way past the LAW of oregon's 7% ($140)($2140) and also with this country is going through and this place charges you over $500. Thanks for the love and knowing that if you live here they dont care if you live or loss everything because they are exempt to do anything. STAY AWAY!!

How many levels are your townhomes and is there anyone below or above you in them?

James Cisco | Oct 22, 2021
Creekview Crossing | Oct 22, 2021

All of the townhomes are three levels, you enter at the ground floor and climb a flight of stairs to the main level where there is the half bath, kitchen, living room, dining room, and balcony. Followed by the 2nd set of stairs where the top floor has the two full baths, the laundry area, and the bedrooms. The two bedroom townhomes are above the garages so you have no one below or above you. The three bedroom townhomes you would be above a flat apartment (either a 1 or 2 bed one bath), but there would be no one above you.
